Airstrike/arty do a lot of damage too, however I get sometimes more xp for 1 panzer kill than for 5 airstrike kills. So the damage xp of panzer is buggy (50 dmg = 1 xp as the docs say, so it should give around 3xp for a panzer kill, but it does sometimes give even 100 xp).

It's a bug of g_damagexp 1, you gain sometimes too much xp for a bigger damage, don't know why.

It's for ETPro but I think most scripts will work in Jaymod (which doesn't have few features as I remember) too.

I don't understand your questions... Anyways, if you want to change headshot sound, search in jaymod.pk3, not pak0.pk3. It's in sound/hitsounds called head.wav

Just create bsp_name.cfg with:

set g_userAlliedRespawnTime "5"
set g_userAxisRespawnTime "5"
and save it in mapconfigs directory.

No man, autosplatting isn't possible in any mod as far as I know (or maybe it's possible to call another command with LUA in other mods?). Anyways, you can create mapscripts for all maps, which can contain clipping enterable brushes/models (no more glitching) and blocking walls/spawns with trigger_h...

Intermission map voting

What about adding a possiblity to vote for listed maps (with screen) in intermission?
Just like in few (?) other mods - each player can give 3 votes, first one 3 points, second 2, third 1.
The map with the most points is chosen and launched.

I think there isn't any complete solution at all. For me the best one would be possiblity to disarm other people's mines. But it'd be a waste of time and some idiots would abuse it. Or amount of mines you receive calculated by engineering XP (for example - 30 mines, 2 engis. One has 2000 engineering...
