Weaponcodes and cvars

Couldn't find these in the documentation

1. What's the weaponcode for M97 (like 8 is for thompson and 3 is for mp40)
2. What's the cvar for using jaymod hud ?
3. What's the cvar for the local time clock in jaymod?

Hope someone can answer me =)

adminlevel based voting

Maybe we could have a way of setting so that level 0's would not be able to call kick/mute votes, but level 1's could, since there's a number of noobs who just get on a server and try to kick everyone? Just a suggestion =)

Could use something like level specific vote calling
Sort of like level 0's not being able to call kick votes for instance and so on, that would be neat =)
