I´m in the same clan as the topic creator, but I´m one of the server admins so... Here are the details:

What version of ET is this on?
Jaymod: Nightly version 20080125-2.1.8
ET: 2.60b
Here´s what happening:
There´s a player who likes to annoy everyone(let´s call him Annoying Guy, for reference), so we banned him(long story short, lol). At the time we were using one of the 2.1.7 nightlies, I think. He returned after some time, but he was kind enough to let us know that it was him and started to make more mischief, so we banned him again. This time, with the 20080125-2.1.8 nightly I mentioned before.
However, after we banned his new GUID and all, some other players who had nothing to do also got banned. For them, their ban screen would show the "Annoying Guy"´s(lol) name as the Player who got banned.
So far, 4 have been banned, but one case could be reverted by unbanning the Annoying Guy. I think that all of them are using Windows Vista, but someone said to me that there was a possibility that one could be using XP.
Some info regarding MAC Addresses:
Annoying Guy has an actual MAC Address, no bugs, nada, zilch.
2 of the people who were banned as a "side effect" had a 00:00:00:00:00:00 instead of a actual MAC Address when I searched them up in !userlist/!userinfo.
The other one simply doesn´t have any MAC. !userinfo simply shows a blank space.
And the last guy: he had a valid MAC Address in !userinfo, and we managed to revert his situation by unbanning Annoying Guy, letting him enter the server, and then banning Annoying Guy again.
Oh, another important piece of info: these collateral bans only happen by banning the Annoying Guy. Unbanning him allows the people who got banned along with him to play again. We tried banning other people as a test, and those "collateral bans" didn´t happen.
We tried another Jaymod versions, and nothing solved this issue.
