Adrenaline, /say_teamnl, auto-unmute after censor

Server info:
Jaymod version: 2.1.7
ET patch: 2.55+

Adrenaline part:
with tools made by the maker of Enhanced Mod you can change the hardcoded server side weapon entities from jaymod but when i changed the amount of Adrenaline you spawn with the Revive Syringe has the same amount too.

To make this story short:
when you change the amount of Adrenaline you spawn with the amount of Revive Syringes are changed the same way.

/say_teamnl part:
when people are muted they can still talk with /say_teamnl (which is the same as /say_team but without coordinates, nl=no coordinates)

auto-unmute after censor part:
when you have censor enabled with auto-muting, you dont want guests to be muted for ever. So here comes in g_censorMuteTime. It should auto-unmute guests after the time set, but it doesnt. It just doesnt work at all. You have to use g_muteTime to unmute them but the disadvantage of that is that admins cant mute forever anymore. (the advantage is that admins cant forget to unmute someone)


would be great to have these bugs fixxed :)

I won't be fixing "bugs" introduced by using a hooked program, sorry.

The mute bug has been mentioned a couple times. I'll get one soon.

the thing is, the revive syringe takes the number of adre. shouldnt be so hard to fix i think. (i really hope you can take a fast look at it)

plus ive added a new bug.
